A port of the tfc map skeeball. Great for sniper training.

By Dylan "Steaky" Loney

A group of blue engineers have 5 minutes to score as many points as possible by escaping through the holes in the skeeball board. Red snipers try to stop them by shooting them out of the air.

The map is basically a great tool for snipers to become better at quick shooting targets. Its also fun to play as the 'targets' and try your best to avoid all the sniper fire.

This is a port of the Team Fortress Classic map skeeball by Timothy Taylor.
Special Thanks to Mr. White

For Server Admins:

This map uses a system of keeping score that requires you to set both
mp_maxrounds and mp_winlimit to 0 (or a very large number) to prevent the map
changing after a very short time.

Additionaly, class limits should be set. Ideally blue team will consist of engineers
(or possibly scouts), while red team will be snipers (or possibly soldiers).

If anyone knows of a better way to limit the player classes, please let me know, but this is the only option I could find that works.

Sample Config File:

mp_maxrounds 0
mp_winlimit 0
mp_timelimit 0
//class limit settings.
sm_classrestrict_enabled 1
sm_classrestrict_blu_demomen 0
sm_classrestrict_blu_engineers -1
sm_classrestrict_blu_heavies 0
sm_classrestrict_blu_medics 0
sm_classrestrict_blu_pyros 0
sm_classrestrict_blu_scouts 0
sm_classrestrict_blu_snipers 0
sm_classrestrict_blu_soldiers 0
sm_classrestrict_blu_spies 0
sm_classrestrict_red_demomen 0
sm_classrestrict_red_engineers 0
sm_classrestrict_red_heavies 0
sm_classrestrict_red_medics 0
sm_classrestrict_red_pyros 0
sm_classrestrict_red_scouts 0
sm_classrestrict_red_snipers -1
sm_classrestrict_red_soldiers 0
sm_classrestrict_red_spies 0

I really like this. and keep the rain I have the worst card in my PC but I dont lose any FPS in rain maps plus its kinda a cool effect since it would be boring staring at the skybox the whole time waiting for engie to pop up.

    good job maybe more ports!

Very cool except the waterfall should be on the other side so BLU can see it better
