Pros: Wow, I'm astonished about the brushwork and all the detail in this map, I really like your architectural style, the colors kick ass and I really like the pipes, the lighting is looking hot, and I like the variation of the textures. Since it's knife map, it doesn't have to be so big, and you didn't expand it so much, which is great. And the falling water is just awesome. You have big talent... Looking forward to see more maps from you! ;)
Cons: I don't know what to say on this part, cause it's detailed enough, it's very varied, lot's of places to explore :D
Improvements: This kind of map style would be very cool if you made it for other types than knife, maybe; GG, or bomb map :D
Notes: I would really see another map like this with the same architecture and style, made for Gun Game or something else like DE or CS. cause you have a great imagination!

To be honest, I'd love to do some more work with the setting, and with proper textures. I had a reworked pack of textures which looked loads better, however I encountered a horrible virus; and with no way to back any of my data up, I was forced to completely wipe out my computer, and I lost all my work.
Thus, all my projects have been dead since then. It's probably the worst experience I've had with computers so far, and hopefully nothing will exceed this.

I did. CSS is ALWAYS maxed out for me. I assume you mean the grate textures doing that mipmap shit where they get all big and stuff as you move away. That happens to similar textures in just about every game, however I'm still working on preventing that. I guess AA prevents that? Apparently not for me. :(
