well. the idea is ok, but this will have to wait till the point system is remade. as things are right now you get +25 points for a spray that takes 1 minute to produce, which is the same ammount as for any other submission. a well done skin with custom model, textures, animations, sounds, ... takes up to 100 hours. i repeate, you would just get +25 points for a total timeinvestmant of 100 hours. here is a scenario that point whores will use.

all these lowlifes would have to do is spam 2 sprays to promote their third spray which they spend amazing 10 minutes on, that's 10 times more than their other sprays. i don't want to get this crap in my face all day cause they are advertised.

another thing is that ppl who come here to spam real ads for some site with the "best prices" will abuse this too.

not to mention the trolls of the internetz...

i'm sure tom dosn't want to hire additional moderators just for ads. get my points?
