Suggestion: Lightbox for Images

Using a Lightbox to display images.

I was seeing a lot of websites using a Lightbox to display their images bigger so maybe this could be something useful for GB. It's something simple but I think a lot better then having the image link replacing your browser tab. I know you can use taget="_blank" in the html but I find that a little lame.

For those who don't know what a lightbox is here is a image (click to bring you to the site and have a demo)

    I'm sure this was discussed before, and I'm not entirely sure, but I think that it was turned down due to the fact that the separate page for images brings more ad servings, or something like that.
