Suggestion: Withheld submissions

Basically, if a submission is withheld all of the profiles modules are hidden and just a withheld notice is displayed (similar to how a trashed submission now appears). Will help get the attention of submitters so they can make appropriate change(s).

Also, small tweak to the conversation notice. Add something along the lines of "You must post here in order for staff to be notified you've made the appropriate change(s)."

    I still prefer the old look. The new look can't see the screenshot & the comments.

    Oh yeah, forgot to mention. Mods would be displayed with all modules, but the submitter would only see the notice.
