change the layout or send a PM

most people dont notice the rules of GB, so i suggest to edit the layout and place it, for example, next to the login button or send a pm for new members about it.

    How often do you read that giant page of text, honestly, you don't. What you do DO is scroll way to the bottom and click "I Accept" and move on. We have other plans in mind that don't take this time tested approach that fails. Mention of them has been made in a few weekly summaries and other similar idea threads
