We have this in the modlog, so I guess it wouldn't be too hard to make it publicly available. Although some users may wish to change their name without notifying all their buddies?

It's a nice idea, and it would help track down users who change their usernames often from a lead by another user. Lets's say there is a user named Jimmy, and he steals work from a user named John. John could tell an admin his username, because maybe he misses the profile id, who knows? (Thats how some new users are) The person wipes his old username to change it from Jimmy to Joe. The username history could easily find the perp, and get him banned.
