B4lanced is a mod in which I try my best to bring everyone to a high and reasonable tier on the smash 4 tier list. Which will mean I have to nerf Top Tiers to become the reasonable tier and I will have to buff mid, bottom, and low tiers to also try to be at that reasonable tier.

    C tier sounds kinda meh. I think that high (A) tier is the best way to go, because making everyone C-tier is like saying everyone plays at the same speed as G&W, which is kinda boring.

    Also, please put some real work on King Daddledingo. As a D3 main I'd really appreciate it.

    Also Imo you should balance everyone to be B tier so everyone is balanced but still fun to use.
