Here it is my own custom build of movesets. All Characters have been edited in some degree. Some more than others.  All final smashes have been buffed besides Luigi's. I tried to locate the hitbox data of his vacuum but its a no go. Anyways on to Super Smash Bros. Royale.

What is Super Smash Bros Royale?

    Royale is a mod that balances characters on a common scale but improves the individual characters potential on a high scale.

Is this game aiming toward the casual or the competitive scene?

    I would say that Royale is aiming at the skilled casuals and competitives. The people who like to have fun playing with their friends, and are skilled enough to exploit the changes I made. Perfect balance is not achieveable, so I decided to make my own style of Sm4sh.

What kind of changes can I expect to see on my characters? Any hope of advanced techniques returning?

    Keeping a character's identity is very important in Royale but polishing alot of the characters skills to be an always effective fighter is important on making a character shine. Only returning special tech is chain grabbing. 

Any plans for the Clones and DLC Characters?

    Clones will resort to the same type of fighting styles but even more polished. Such as Marth being quicker than Lucina but Lucina not feeling alot like Marth. DLC characters will be getting there polishes just like other characters.

Speaking of customs, what happens with those?

    Customs should be used to add different ways to play your character that fit into their niche. Until its possible to fully create specials these won't be changed. 

Are there likely to be changes to the stages as well?

   No. Stages will remain unchanged.

Will there be changes to the mechanics of the game that alter the way its played?

    The mechanics will be changed to make the game more fierce, more fun, and more responsive. The goal is for there to be less frustration for all types of players by making offense and defense as close to equally effective as possible.

This is my personal mod I created for Sm4sh. I finished it a month ago. I didn't want to release it but all my friends suggested it sense they enjoy it so much. This is my Gold Final Release, and I put well over 700 hrs into this. I've been editing these movesets since Smash Command was a thing.

Everything is personally tested and works without flaws. Can be used on Wifi if your friend has the same build. Not tested on any other online mode.

- Data folder with all modified characters
- Param folder with modified Attributes
- Smash Royale 5.0 (Gold Release).txt file

The Param folder goes in this file directory.

    Link for example, open smash command and File open and select game.bin. Then parse the animations so you can get a better view of what your doing.  In your workspace, look for "Final" it should be AD. Now in subaction AD all the external subroutines you see should have this. (Unknown=0x66EEEDB3) after each one, Now in your workspace again look for this. "66EEEDB3" its the subroutine from earlier. Should be 4F. That is the damage per slice that Link does for his Final. Also works with Toon Link and other characters. Thats a way to edit some subroutines like Attack100 damage and things.
