Dead Island: New Story-DLC

After the emotional CGI trailer was shown, Dead Island was one of the most anticipated games in 2011. Since the release of that trailer, news about the game have been posted all over the internet and won’t seem to stop. Techland and Deep Silver have officially announced a new DLC to be released for February 1st 2012.

The „Ryder White“ Story-DLC will let players experience the events on Banoi through the eyes of Ryder White. Unfortunately the new campaign will only be playable in the single player mode, but it has been said, that this DLC will provide players with several hours of new game play, new blueprints and new weapons.

    I like zombies games, but it would be more interesting to play in multiplayer mode, it's a shame :|

    Yeah, shame about singleplayer only...though I ended up playing through the whole game singleplayer except every now and again where somebody would join my game. I'm guessing it would be more fun with a friend using voice chat though.

    Eh, not too happy about the single player aspect but if I can get some bad ass new weapons and blueprints then I'm game.
