Question about copyright infringement

I just downloaded HLSS to play sounds in game. I started making my own cut south park quote clips. I was wondering if i would get disapproved because of copyright infringement if I submitted a collection of the clips I've made.

    Afraid so.

    The Tourettes Guy Tank sound pack was deleted even though the videos on YouTube have millions of views, imagine a South Park one.
