Its a pic of Leon Kenedy of RE2 fighting of some Zombies, it was a PSM cover, couldn't tell you what year or month.

Please Please Help me find out who drew this!

The signatures in the bottom right corner refer to "Mad" and "Rosell". I think that's all you have if you don't want to go on a monstrous google odyssey.

I wouldn't think you would have to quote the original Author if they are not a member of the site. Or do you?

That's like saying you could steal Valve's or EA's work because they aren't members of the site. I'd go with the artist signatures in the drawing like others suggested.

Yes but what is MAD's names? or Rosell"s I'v tried that and I get nothing. if someone could point me in a better direction? that would be great!

and in the GUI i made the signature is cut off so thats a no go there.

If you're not totally sure then simply don't post it. You don't want to run the risk of infringing copyright :/

Their aliases will have to do. I have a real name too but I'd rather people credited by my FPSB alias if they used my work. One, more people here would recognize me by that name than my real name and also because I'd rather that not everyone knew my real name it's just not necessary that they do. If you still want to find their real names, good luck you're going to need it.

As great a point as you have, the main reason I want to be able to verify the Artists Ident is because I have been accused several times of incorrect credits for my submissions, and I just love shoving the Prefect credits down the Admin's throat, and to do that I need the artist name or hell his/her website will do. Anything to verify the artist.

I understand credits are a messy issue and a lot of times you have to be careful who's modified work you submit as some people do not want their work modified and then resubmitted. It's good that you make sure your credits are correct, however, in this case no one can dispute that this is the best you can do. In the case of these artists we don't even know if they approve of the use of this image in your work which is why as per Bubbles_oP's suggestion you may want to forgo submitting this entirely. This is probably fan art but who knows, do you remember what website you got this from? That site may contain more information but I figure you already checked that.

TBH the web site it was on no longer has any of its older covers, nor any of its newer ones. The piece in question was an original peice done for a PSM cover upon the release of Resident Evil 2, and the subsequant comic that came out afterwards.
