Need help with skins

Ok so when i download a glove, sleeve, or scout skin then go into css they dont show up any advice?

    Are you putting the skins in the right folder ? i have this trouble most of the time even when there in the right folder . try deleting all your skins and reinstalling them and then restart computer or Steam.

    Ok i got the scout to work but sleeves and gloves don't work. but ill give it a try thx

    Rebooting your pc or restarting steam will never ever help skins working. So don't waste your time on that.
