Shiny CUSTOM Player Skins?!?!

Custom player skin showing up shiny?!?!?!

I tried making my first custom skin and it turned out pretty good. But for some reason, when I load it up in game it appears reflective. I do not know the technical term as I am new to skinning.

Can someone tell me what the heck is going on?

    Remove the "$envmap" "env_cubemap" line from the .vmt.
