In "root\cstrike\materials\VGUI\gfx\VGUI" are just the buy images.

I'm afraid to tell you that you can't change those hud images in CSS like in CS. I've searched for those images a while back but i was unable to find them. Again, those images are to customizable in CSS.

However you can customize your buy menu images.

Those are not images, that is a font. If your not into font editing you can change the colors tho.
