Hello guys,
I have a question about scripts for CSS. Normaly I dnot use Scripts, but I can see That they can help become a better CSS player. But, I think you can get VAC banned. I heard that a player using a bhop script were banned because he used this script. some people say that this story is a lie and I can use every script for CSS. Please help me.
PS: I speak german and I am not a n00b. I know my english is bad -.-

"scripts" in regards to .cfg files will not get you banned.
"scripts" in regards to macros such as AutoHotKey will not get you banned either.
If you use a hack (or something that injects into the game or something similar) to bhop (or anything, really) then yes you will eventually be banned.
Also, they do not "make you a better player", it's cheating (you're giving yourself an unfair advantage over other players).

No, you cannot be VAC banned for using scripts.
VAC works using a blacklist. Basically, it has a huge list of forbidden hacks, and if it detects one of them, it puts you on the banned list. All of those are hacks - programs that directly modify your game - and not scripts, that are a built-in feature. What you can, however, get VAC banned for is bhop-hacks (programs that automatically have you jump once you hit the ground).

Scripts can only get you banned from a certain server if the owner / admin has banned scripts from that particular server.

Not if you are using private hack. :)

Because it's basically cheating.
you will not get banned for anykind of scripts that are .cfg
only .exe might or will ban you. Always install your scripts yourself. Moving the script in right folder. Installers might install cheats, keylogger or other annyoing malware
