original scoreboard files?

I need the original scoreboard files

I had a custom scoreboard installed for a long time, but recently it broke. Now I can only see avatars and if that player is dead or not...no names, no scores.

I need the original files to restore it's old self.

Note: I'm not going deleting my cstrike folder.

    Delete the resource folder then, should use the backups from the GCF files.
