Ok I didnt know if this should go in the Customization forum or here, but most of this is about the server side so I posted here.

I am wanting to know can these things be done server side....

Change the HUD layout and the look of the guns for clients. I dont want to over ride clients defualt setup only change it for when they are on the server, like changing a skin for the players model.

I am assuming it is not possible since I have not seen it before but then I was thinking about if it was possible with a server side plugin.
