The question is: How can i increase the upload speed of my server? Is there a specific command or something like that?

    Are you running the server at 100tick? Add the command +tickrate 100 that will increase the registy but thats about it. You are restricted to your internet speed on how fast the server will be. If you running it on DSL then there is no point with the fastest upload speed being around 700kb/s. Most servers from a company are on t2 or higher which costs a but load to have.
