How to make QC outa ref.smd

Need help with QC

NOW, I'm trying to learn how to compile models into skins. All the files are set, only thing I need is the QC file. If some could tell me how or give link for an easy tut it would be great. :3

    Decompile the original model you want to replace and you should get the qc file:)

    Im not a compiler so this is all I know^^
