Episode 2 blood

I'd like to get the Half-Life 2 Episode 2/Garry's Mod blood spray working in CSS and Day of Defeat: Source.

I'd like to get the Half-Life 2 Episode 2/Garry's Mod blood spray working in CSS and Day of Defeat: Source. I've tried copying and pasting some sprites and materials from the Source 2007 GCF with no luck at all. Does anyone know how I can get this to work, or is anyone willing to upload this for me? If you get this to work, I'll give you a reasonable amount of points over 200.

    The exact spray can't be done as that's porting and is illegal.

    Someone could recreate the spray for you in source so good luck but you won't get the exact spray

    Is it really illegal to copy and paste a certain file from one Valve game to the next? I've seen plenty of skins like that (and done some myself) and faced no charge.

    But if no one wants to submit the skin, could you tell me what the files are I'll need to copy and paste/rename in order to get this to work.

    Make 'em targa's and then make 'em VTFs again, just with an older VTF format version in VTFedit. I don't know which works on DOD:S and CS:S, so trial and error is necessary.

    Also, but I believe you were already aware of this, make sure the file paths and file names are the same.

    Which files do I need to convert? It would be much easier if I knew which files had the blood.

    You mean blood splatter when hit or the blood on wall/floor after hit? while blood stain on walls can be recreated/ported. you can't recreate blood splatter since its included in binaries
