Hey,
everytime i close Css and attempt to close steam, steam comes up with the message "One or more programs are still running" and i ctrl alt delete look in my processes and hl2.exe is running :S why is this still running after i closed down the program can some shed some light on how to fix this?
It happens to me, I'm not sure either. Just end hl2.exe and GameOverlayUI.exe, or just end steam.exe
It's a known bug which occurs since recently. (I never noticed though.) The next Steam Update should fix it. Not a CS:S update, apparently it's caused by Steam itself, people that started using the beta client noticed it's disappearance.
