Dev texture ladders and railings?

I'm working on a dev texture map. i've seen alot of maps where they use the dev texture ladder and railing as an actual ladder or railing. how do i get these objects for my map?

    Just make a block and use the dev textures on them, then align them correctly. If it is a ladder, then you will also need to tie the brush to func_ladder.

    Also, be sure to make the block the correct size - each dev texture will tell you what size it needs to be.
