Well this may not be a request for a skin but for a tutorial. This may sound nooby but, how can you make a good "shiny" chrome? I've been wanting to know this for a while but only could find chrome tuts for words (letters and such). So could some one either explain this for me (detailed please) or give me a link to a tut.
