How can change Spawnpoints and Missions?

I would like to know how can i change the spawnpoints and get rid the missions from every maps

Hi, i would like to make any addon or script to change the defaults spawnpoints from every maps, something like the counters and terrorist appears on anywhere like Deathmatch (but i dont want deathmatch) and get rid the missions (c4 and hostages), i just want to play until everybody is dead, and eveybody spawn on random

    Try this eventscripts for random spawns, as for the missions, you could download/use some fy maps...? so on your server use fy maps and that evenscript. (thumb up helpful posts)
