I came across this a long time ago and i really liked how mcbutterpants was able to change the Ak 47's position. But i was wondering if its possible to do the same thing and change the position for the M249 for both ct and t

In reality yea but i like the looks when its up in the shooting position cause i don't think you usually would shoot a M249 under hand
Put a stock on it and it would work. Otherwise, it'd be like holding a pistol grip shotgun with 20 bricks on the barrel at shoulder level.
