Spray error loading

So a mate has a problem with loading his sprayfile into css. I said he has to change the steam into english (so it worked for me) but not for him!

    That usually means that he doesn't have administrator on his computer (Vista has this problem more then XP in my experience, not vista bashing or anything).

    If he does have administrator, tell him to check all the directories in his Valve folder (Steam\SteamApps\ACCOUNT NAME\counter strike: source\cstrike\materials\VGUI\logos) and make sure none of these folders have "read only" attribute.
