FINALLY but yea how i fixed it? I went to the contro panel, and set everything to default. So im thinking advanced settings is ACTUALLY for advanced users......but yea im not a computer wiz but i do know some stuff................
the whole story is below the x's
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Yea recenty i just got this fucking awesome computer (seperate parts) and yea im not that fucking happy with the performace im getting while i play css. the real problem is when i play zombie mod, its sometimes glitchy and now it runs only at 60 fps.
these are my specs
Graphics card: PNY XLR8 GeForce 9800 GX2, 2 cards in 1 = 1024 mb, overclocked edition direct X 9.0c
RAM: crossair dominator, 2 cards in = 4 gb of ram, overclocked edition
operationg system: Windows XP 64 bit edition service pack 2
hard drive: raptor 10,000 rpm @ 300 gb of space
motherboard: EVGA nforce 780i SLI Motherboard
CPU: Intel(R) Core 2 Extreme CPU X9650 3.00GHz, 2.33GHz
and i even lowered the graphics all the way down (exept the resolution size which is 1920x1200) and there is this one setting i cant lower couz im not running directx 10, which is the "Maximum pre-rendered frames" (the setrting is suppose to "smooth" the game play while the game is going slow but it just made it even more glitchy). i cant lower it anymore but at 3.
so yea any comments that can help me?
edit:
oh and the server i play in is an escape zombie server and max people is 40 and yea ive usually played in the server when there use to be like 20 people and same shit. on problem i fugured out was lag.....>_>
