Horizontal Pistol?

A gun held sideways, in game?

I've seen it around in youTube videos.. Looked on FPSbanana with no avail. Does anyone know where skins are with the gun held horizontally in game? Or how to, better yet?

I think it's a cool effect.. But y'know. Maybe I'm just a crazy noob and I was looking at another game. Worst thing is I can't find the video again! Anyone know anything?

Like this... Maybe with a little less arm hair, though. (Random google image..)
