I just got installed CS:S on my new computer and what I have discovered is that the bots appear to be lagging. This also happens to players that I play with online.
I don't have any lag whatsoever and everything runs smooth. The players seem to be moving frame by frame and not very smoothly. Is there any way to solve this problem?
I might take a video of it since I think I can explain it better with a video. By the way, what do I use to take videos?
I'm not sure, maybe it's your computer? To record a video you can use the free sample of Fraps or ZD Soft Game Recorder.

My specs are Q6600, 2 GB RAM, and a 8800 GT.

The bots are planning to take you and your family hostage. Never play with bots again for your own safety.
It's actually happening online also. So, I'm not afraid of bots at the moment.
It could be the update rate being slow.
And how would I fix that?
