Extract all to \Valve\Steam\SteamApps\mtg_spence\counter-strike source\cstrike.

To change color... go to \Valve\Steam\SteamApps\mtgspence\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\weapons\vmodels\beretta.mac open m9mesh512.vmt withnotepad and change "spencedualtone" and "spencedualtoneref" to the skin of your choice, then do the same for the vmt in the wmodels\beretta.mac folder.
