    Pros: useful in many situations, that is what makes a good prefab. good for making boundaries or close up a boarder

    Cons: roof looks a little too slanted but forget about it, its nothing really and if i want i could just fix it how i like it in hammer.

    Improvements: nothing except maybe make a skeleton interior. with no props and etc., you know

    Notes: i think i might use this in my ghetto neighborhood. and if i want i could easily make a simple interior. and add graffiti and other decals to make it more detailed.

    Good to read the details... but this house looks great. I'm sure someone can easily add some interiors, too.
