Set the difficulty to "Normal" to get a random bot skill
To see the difference cleary just zoom the picture and you see a "noob" bot and "Xpert" bot joined

Its okay. put it together, Zbot and CSbot use the same bot profile. put the botprofile.db in cstrike root folder as i wrote in insallation instruction
