Rules

  1. Entry must be a TF2, CS 1.6, CS:S or L4D2 skin.
  2. Entry must have a Halloween look and feel.
  3. Entry must be submitted to Skins > GB > Halloween Contest.
  4. Entries can be team created but teams will have to decide how to split the prize.
  5. Judges cannot enter or assist entrants.
