What is homestuck about?
Any kind of abridged explanation simply wouldn't do it any justice, someone once told me that to understand it, you must read it. But here it goes:
It's about 4 children playing a game of SBURB, during which they managed to destroy earth with meteors; during gameplay, everyone gets teleported to the medium, the game universe; the goal of the game is to make a new universe, either by following the objectives, killing the black king, starting the forge, and breeding the omega frog, or by initiating the scratch, which will the session and have a new setting with the same characters in different times; each kid has a kernelsprite they prototype with something personal, before entering, any prototyping will influence the look and strength of enemies.
That's pretty much the skinny of the first three acts, without giving away too much. But you'll want to read on, act 5 is by far the largest and you'll get to know all about the trolls.
