punkbuster is fucking dumb

hello i am not important. im play bad company and i have a bug that turns my screen white when just imping in a game for a few seconds makes noises in background then crashes. my other bug is i cant do my final mission of my campaign how ever u spell it. same bug happens to me on campaign. but my most frustating bug is punkbuster i can play a game fine until punk buster kicks me for 0 minutes. i go to evenbalance go to support bad company and i try and download a link to manually download but its jsut letters. plz help specs arent important.
