Well I dont know if someone here plays AOC online at IGZones, but ok anyway Ill ask. I downloaded IGZ setup(program to play online) so I log in, but a problem appears, it says:

"Network Connection Error. If you have a firewall installed ensure that IGZ lobby software is authorized for outgoing network access. If the problem still persists try uninstall your firewall. Exiting the firewall application is not sufficient; the kernel mode driver could still be running and blocking connectivity.

Error Code: 10000005"

Can someone help me?

I have windows firewall desactivated, but I still have my other firewall(COMODO) active, should I also desactivate Comodo firewall?
